If LoudnessEQApp does not work as described, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Gumroad.

Cryptocurrency purchases

Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, crypto purchases are refunded at our discretion and may be issued as store credit or a replacement license.
